Home for the Holidays: Day 1

So, a bit late as I write this, but I’m heading home to upstate NY for the week for Christmas. This is the first holiday that I’ve been able to get home for since I moved to Charlotte about two and a half years ago. Needless to say, I’m incredibly excited. This was all a part of a surprise from my wonderful girlfriend. She somehow managed to keep this a secret for weeks. Which I have to say that keeping secrets from a tech nerd boyfriend is no easy task.
